To register with Lloyds, we require you to email lloyds@venloc.co.uk with your name, email address and our agency name. Venloc helpdesk will set up log in details. You will then need to log into Venloc with the log in details and fill in the locum application form. The documents Lloyds require for registration are attached as an Excel Document, you will need all the documents to avoid rejection.

To register on the Boots system, you will need to fill in online forms using this link: Locum Pharmacist Application Form and then you will need to register your payment details using this link: Locum Pharmacist Amendment Form and then you will need to complete your registration by logging into https://www.locumatboots.co.uk/Login.aspx

To register with Cohens Chemist system, you will need to fill in the online form using this link: www.cohenschemist.co.uk There is section for Locums in the Corporate tab, register your details and let me know when you have done it.
